Our Wholesale Policies:

- Terms: First orders are shipped prepaid only. Credit card or Check. Once credit is established: Net 30 days. Minimum first order is $300, no minimum on all subsequent orders.

- Service: We strive to answer every text message & email within a 48 hour period. Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 working days, depending on season. We are commited to giving our customers the best possible service. All of our designs are custom made so please feel free to modify them anyway you like.

- Metals: All jewelry is made with sterling silver, goldfilled or 14k jewelry.

- Beads:The gemstones in our line are natural and sometimes heat treated, enhanced or dyed. Colored pearls are dyed. We also use Swarvoski crystals and other special beads in our work.

- Privacy: MelanieMichele - Jewelry is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about our customers to fulfill product and service purchases. MelanieMichele does not share, sell, or rent your transactional information to others.

- Shipping:USPS Priority Shipping is Free.

- Returns/Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from MelanieMichele jewelry, simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date shipped, in original packaging, for a prompt refund to MelanieMichele Jewelry. For your protection, please send all returns via Fed Ex, UPS or insured parcel post.

- Repairs: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all MelanieMichele jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, simply send the item to us for a free repair. If you accidentally broke your ‘favorite’ piece of MelanieMichele jewelry, we will repair it for a flat fee of $25 plus cost of additional materials, should they be needed. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for any repairs.
